Mitch was born in Livingston, New Jersey but lived in Longmeadow, Massachusetts until receiving Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College. Mitch earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and has lived in Florida for 27 years and central Florida for 15 years. Mitch has over 20 years of experience in customer service, management, communications, and business ownership. His real estate experience spans the industry, including residential sales, investments, business valuation, historic properties, and large commercial mobile home park sales.

Colleen began her career in customer service and the legal field. She has been a landlord for several years, and that is what guided her transition into a full-time career of property management and real estate sales in Central Florida. Effective communication allows her to truly get to know you and your needs, while offering peace of mind and taking the stress out of the transaction. Colleen makes herself as available as possible to you so that she may be a trusted advocate and handle each deal with the level of professionalism she would personally expect. Donna has a caring nature that fits right along with her extensive background as a stellar customer support agent. This makes it easy to see why clients feel at ease with her. Spending time with her family of 6 as well as her 5 fur babies is something Donna never takes for granted.

For as long as Nick can remember he has been working in real estate. Whether it was building houses in his father’s development company, or helping people buy and sell as a Realtor, he has always been interested and involved in real estate. Nick’s friends and family often describe him as charismatic, outgoing and honest. He is also community-minded and has always held a high value for service and compassion.

Nick currently resides within DeLand and attends Stetson University with hopes to earn a Bachelors in Business Administration. He is more than happy to assist you with all of your real estate needs!

Jennifer is the owner and broker of Cardinal Row Real Estate. She believes success begins with service and leads by example. Entering the real estate industry in 2015, Jennifer found quick success through an honest and humble approach to real estate sales. She has a stellar record of serving buyers and sellers by customizing her services for each customer and keeping up-to-date with market trends and financing programs. As the Broker for Cardinal Row, she now empowers her agents to serve the community with professionalism and kindness.

Jennifer is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and relocated to DeLand to earn her Master of Business Administration degree from Stetson University. Jennifer and her husband, Steve, have lived in DeLand for 14 years and are raising three children with the help of their amazing extended family who have also made West Volusia home. When she’s not working, she volunteers as the Chapter Advisor for Stetson University’s chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and serves as PTA Secretary. Her interests include the beach, traveling, yoga, crafts, entertaining, and (of course) everything home-related!
