Colleen is the new owner and broker of Cardinal Row Real Estate in 2022. At heart, Colleen is Buckeye but prefers her feet in the sunshine state. Colleen moved with her family to Florida in 2014, and that is when she became an “accidental landlord”. That trajectory is what led her to a career in real estate. Colleen has been with Cardinal Row Real Estate since its inception and cannot wait to keep it growing and thriving in this fast-moving market.

Colleen makes herself as available as possible to her customers and associates so that she may be a trusted advocate and handle each deal with the level of professionalism she would personally expect. She believes that Cardinal Row Real Estate has some of the best agents in the area who help customers navigate each step of the process of buying or selling their home or investment, and they look forward to assisting you too!

Mitch was born in Livingston, New Jersey but lived in Longmeadow, Massachusetts until receiving Bachelor of Science degree from Western New England College. Mitch earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University and has lived in Florida for 27 years and central Florida for 15 years. Mitch has over 20 years of experience in customer service, management, communications, and business ownership. His real estate experience spans the industry, including residential sales, investments, business valuation, historic properties, and large commercial mobile home park sales.

Jonathan joined Cardinal Row Real Estate as a new agent in 2023. Jonathan was born and raised in DeLand and is a true DeLandite. Jonathan graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a bachelor’s in political science, GO GATORS! His great grandfather started Jacob Sheet Metal Works in 1921 in DeLand which expanded to Jacob Heating and Air Conditioningwhich is still family owned and run by his uncle Robert today. Jonathan just celebrated 15 years with the City of DeLand. You might not recognize him in person because come Christmas time he usually has on a red suit and hat and can be seen riding through the neighborhoods on top of the City’s antique fire truck. His close ties with the community are what led him to a career in real estate. Jonathan is a trusted member of the community and believes in an honest, professional relationship when you are working with him.

I’m a Florida native! I grew up in Debary and now live in Deland with my husband and 3 sons. My work background is primarily related to the construction industry which sparked my interest in Real Estate. I genuinely enjoy working with customers to alleviate the intimidation that can come with buying or selling a home.
